“ On this visit to Eastbourne we chose Pevensy Bay to look for food. Took a chance and very pleased we did! We don’t know any names but our lovely waitress was much above standard and the owner friendly giving us a Bon Appetit as he passed :) The food was delicious, Sea Bass and a Steak meal ( it was Wednesday Steak night, a free glass of wine ) We got lucky and will be back with my sister in law who’s a local but not been. ”

“ Finally I had a Sunday off so went with my family for a second time, and once again thoroughly enjoyed everything about our meal. Roast Gammon was my choice for Sunday lunch,as you can see, a multitude of veggies hidden under that gammon and we ordered a portion of both cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets to share between us 4 adults. ...it was delicious. The best roast dinner we’ve eaten out. The only thing my mum was disappointed about was that she didn’t have room for a dessert, but fear not, she got it to take home. The staff and management were lovely. Couldn’t be more helpful, they didn’t rush us at all. We paid the bill and were chatting and happened to mention that I work for the NHS and was told “then you get a 10%discount”. What an added bonus. Tbh the prices are actually very reasonable. I would (and have) highly recommend Massilia Bay to others for a roast dinner. I haven’t tried other foods there yet but I do intend to try it at some point as have been told by others it’s well worth a go!
